HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Deputies believe speed is a factor after a driver was killed in a crash in Harford County Thursday night.
Around 7:10 p.m. on March 5, deputies with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the collision on Thomas Run Road, near Edwin Drive. There, the driver was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
The victim was identified as 39-year-old Bryan Schneider, of Bel Air.
