Riverside’s Mindpub Cafe at 554 E. Fort Ave. has been listed for sale, but plans to remain open during the process. Mindpub Cafe was opened in 2021 by Todd and Nikki Marks. It specializes in bagel sandwiches, coffee drinks, pastries, and salads.
