Davion Foreman, 19, is set to serve 25 years behind bars after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and using a firearm before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Althea M. Handy.
On March 9, Foreman accepted a plea deal of 60 years, suspending all but 25. The first five years of his sentence will be served without parole. Upon completion of his term, Foreman will be required to serve five years of supervised probation and register as a gun offender.
