Gasoline and Propane-Fueled Blaze Erupts in Southwest Baltimore, Investigation Underway

A powerful fire tore through part of Southwest Baltimore on Thursday evening, drawing a major emergency response and sending thick smoke across multiple neighborhoods.

Fire crews were dispatched around 6:37 p.m. to the 2200 block of Langley Street, near Morrell Park, after reports of a rapidly spreading blaze. Witnesses reported seeing a large plume of smoke rising high above the area, visible from several surrounding communities.
