BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 35-year-old Baltimore man has been arrested and charged with attempted second-degree murder in connection with a February shooting in North Baltimore that left a 28-year-old man wounded, police said.
Detectives arrested Othneil Carr Jr. of Baltimore in reference to a shooting that occurred Feb. 26 in the 2900 block of Boarman Avenue.
Officers were called to Boarman Avenue at about 3 a.m. that day for a report of a shooting. There, they found the victim suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound, and he was taken to a hospital for treatment…
