Delegates push for new highway ramp in White Marsh

WHITE MARSH, MD—Maryland state delegates representing District 7A are calling for federal assistance to construct a new highway ramp they say will alleviate chronic traffic congestion and improve emergency response times in the White Marsh area.

Delegates Ryan Nawrocki and Kathy Szeliga announced their support for a plan to build an eastbound ramp connecting Philadelphia Road to MD-43. The Republican lawmakers have formalized their request in a letter to U.S. Rep. Andy Harris, seeking federal backing for the infrastructure project.
