BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Two adults and a teenager, who was shot in the incident, are facing charges after a shooting in East Baltimore, police said.
The shooting happened on March 19, at about 2:33 a.m. in the 1200 block of Quantril Way, where Eastern District patrol officers responded to a report of gunfire.
