Craig Anthony Parker, 42, of Baltimore, was arrested on March 24 and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the killing of 21-year-old Kyree Plummer, Baltimore Police announced.
The shooting was reported shortly before 7:15 p.m. on Feb. 25, when officers were called to the 3500 block of Fifth Street.
