Howard County Police honor Maryland State Police Cpl. Theodore “Ted” D. Wolf, Sr., who was shot and killed during a traffic stop on I-95 in Jessup in March 1990. The suspects were smuggling drugs in a stolen vehicle. Cpl. Wolf was assigned to the MSP Waterloo Barrack and worked closely with Howard County officers.
