Anne Arundel County Police are investigating a strong-arm robbery that happened around 4:30 p.m. on March 30 in the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. Officers say a man selling snacks and hats was punched and had a hat stolen by a suspect who then ran toward Ritchie Highway.
