BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — As warmer weather returns to Baltimore, so do concerns about dirt bikes and ATVs taking over city streets.
New cell phone footage posted to social media appears to show dozens of riders weaving through traffic along Light Street. Some riders can be seen splitting off toward the Inner Harbor, while others ride dangerously close to cars, at times, ignoring traffic patterns.
