A disturbing case out of Hanover has taken a major turn as authorities confirm that a man and his girlfriend are now facing serious criminal charges in connection with the tragic death of a 3-year-old child.
Arrests Made After Year-Long Investigation
According to Howard County Police Department, 25-year-old Dale Brown Jr. and his girlfriend, 28-year-old Kathleen Amesbury, were arrested on March 27 following an extensive investigation that lasted nearly a year.
Brown was taken into custody in Pennsylvania, while Amesbury, a resident of Columbia, was also apprehended in connection with the case.
