An immigrant man residing in Maryland is recovering in the hospital after reportedly being attacked by ICE agents on Thursday.
The Baltimore Banner was one of the first to break the story on Friday, alleging that the ICE vehicle appeared to have intentionally rammed into the 32-year-old’s van.
“I’m not aware of any law enforcement protocol in any scenario or setting across the country” that allows for federal agents to use their vehicle in that way to enforce immigration laws,” Immigration attorney Adam Crandell told the Banner.
