Stolen scooter tracked to Kirk Avenue home, leading to arrests of two Baltimore teens

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police say two teens were arrested at the same residence after investigators tracked down a stolen scooter taken in a carjacking in northern Baltimore.

According to Baltimore Police, a 69-year-old man was carjacked of his scooter on April 10, in the 800 block of University Parkway.

Officers from the Northern District Action Team later arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with the incident…
