A Riverdale woman who won the top prize of $2 million on the $30 200X the Cash scratch-off had difficulties believing it was real.
“She’s been asking me all the time, ‘Do you think it’s real?’” her husband remarked on April 10, when the couple collected their windfall at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. She had basically accepted the truth of the situation by the time she filed her claim.
