BALTIMORE COUNTY (WBFF) — A 47-year-old Perry Hall man was convicted and sentenced to prison Tuesday for leaving voicemails threatening to “execute” Baltimore County Councilman David Marks.
District Judge Marsha L. Russell ordered David Charles Rohrs to serve three years in prison for making the threats, with all but 18 months suspended.
“Mr. Rohrs was a threat not only to my family and me, but the community,” Marks, a Republican who represents District 5, said in a statement to The Baltimore Sun. “I thank the police and the State’s Attorney for their help putting him behind bars.”…
