PARKVILLE, MD—The annual Police Unity Tour made a poignant stop at the Baltimore County Police Department’s Parkville precinct on Monday to honor the memory of Officer Amy Caprio, a fallen hero killed in the line of duty. During a ceremony at Precinct 8, Caprio’s mother offered heartfelt remarks to the gathered crowd on behalf of the family.
The event is part of a massive nationwide ride that brings together law enforcement officers and survivors of those killed in the line of duty.
