BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A massive tree toppled during heavy rain Wednesday evening, shutting down a block on Bower Avenue near Chrysler Avenue and leaving a family narrowly escaping injury.
The fallen tree stretched from one side of the street to the other, forcing drivers to turn around as police blocked off the area.
