BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Residents on Tecumseh Street say blight and illegal dumping are affecting their neighborhood, and they are asking the city for cleanup and enforcement.
Trenice Matthews, who said she has lived in the area for 20 years and owns her home, said she has worked hard to build a life for her family.
“My children like to sit out in the yard. They like to enjoy the fruits of my labor that I’ve paid for my children. I’ve worked hard to get to where I’m at today,” Matthews said…
