BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Louisiana Supreme Court has declined to rehear state prosecutors’ request to remove a district judge from a high-profile rape case involving Casen Carver.
The court had already rejected efforts to disqualify 19th Judicial District Court Judge Gail Horne Ray from presiding over the case.
