BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Community leaders unveiled plans for a $22 million development they hope will spark new investment and attract more families to Scotlandville.
The proposed project, led by Build East Baton Rouge, would bring new housing, retail space, and other development to property along Scenic Highway next to the Cadence Apartments near Southern University.
