The man shot and killed Sunday morning in the alleyway behind Spring Street in downtown Shreveport has been identified.
Shreveport Police Department was dispatched about 4:30 a.m. July 5 to reports of a fight. Upon arrival, an officer attempted to intervene and stop the fight.
