Moroccan braised lamb shank from The Colonel’s Club
If you’re aiming to go big with an order, may I suggest the braised lamb shank from The Colonel’s Club?
I ordered this dish for my birthday dinner, and I was so satisfied with myself for picking it. The dish features spinach goat cheese polenta, pistachio gremolata and harissa braised demi-glace. Alone, each of the elements are splendid, but combined, it’s magic.
The demi-glace, or brown sauce, has a nice smoky kick to it, which pairs well with the lamb that fell off the bone. Paired with the polenta, the dish is light yet hearty with a nice umami flavor profile…
