BATON ROUGE — A man is dead after being shot by Baton Rouge Police inside an abandoned apartment building along Titian Avenue on Tuesday morning.
According to Baton Rouge Police Chief TJ Morse, the now-deceased man was a domestic violence suspect who, just before midnight on Monday, stabbed an elderly man about 20 times. It was not immediately clear whether this man died.
