Investigators are gearing up to search for human remains and other evidence on 15 acres of property linked to a man suspected in the disappearance of two women, West Feliciana Parish Sheriff Brian Spillman said Thursday.
Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant just after noon Thursday at a residence on Morris Road in West Feliciana Parish as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Madison ReNae Allen and Stephanie Hevia.
Allen, who was 32 at the the time of her disappearance, is believed to have disappeared in late November 2023. Her last contact with family members indicated she was living in Zachary. Hevia, who was 38, is believed to have gone missing in March 2025; her last known location was the Morris Road property, Spillman said.
Both Allen and Hevia were acquaintances of Thomas Morris, 43, who lived in Zachary for a time but most recently returned to West Feliciana to live with his sister at the Morris Road address…
