BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An Abbeville man accused of sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls he had met on social media was charged with rape.
The Brusly Police Department reported that Andrew Romero, 18, was booked on two counts of third-degree rape after traveling to the area to meet with the girls.
