BATON ROUGE —- Louisiana State Police troopers are on the scene where a pursuit ended on Wednesday night.
That’s around N. Ardenwood Dr. and Renoir Avenue in Baton Rouge, which is near the area of Florida & Lobdell Boulevards and Greenwell Springs Rd. The pursuit started around 6 p.m. on Sept. 16.
The driver accused of leading troopers on a pursuit was transported to a hospital from a gunshot wound. It’s unclear at this time if the wound was self-inflicted or he was shot by someone else. Troopers are also investigating when he was shot but officials added that no troopers fired any shots.
