BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Family Resource Group Foundation and Aetna Better Health of Louisiana are teaming up to help families prepare for Halloween.
The organizations are hosting a free costume giveaway from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 17 at The Inspiration Center, 5509 Winbourne Ave.
Children ages 6 to 13 can select a costume while supplies last. Families can also take advantage of free health screenings, identification cards and other community resources from the EBR Clerk of Court and the East Baton Rouge Parish Library Bookmobile…
