Iconic American Chef Emeril Lagasse, whose foundation for his culinary empire was launched at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, is opening a new Louisiana signature steakhouse in the state capital.
Emeril’s Chop House is set to open Sept. 24 at the L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge.
