BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man and a juvenile were arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in Livingston Parish.
According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, Tavorian Kennedy, 19, and a 16-year-old juvenile, both of Baton Rouge, were identified as suspects authorities believe were involved in the shooting death of Patrick Payne. Both are facing charges of second-degree murder.
