BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An arrest was made after twins were found to be “in a severely malnourished condition,” according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
Lisa Hoyt, 30, of Baton Rouge, was charged with two counts of second-degree cruelty to juveniles.
EBRSO went to Baton Rouge General on Aug. 21, 2026, and found a twin boy and girl.
