Using DNA testing, Baton Rouge Police have identified a woman responsible for a fatal hit-and-run on Scenic Highway.
Robin Taylor, 48, is wanted for hit-and-run death and obstruction of justice in connection with the July 11 incident that killed 35-year-old Travis Barconey.
