White Castle woman accused of defrauding Medicaid arrested by attorney general’s office

WHITE CASTLE — A White Castle woman accused of defrauding Medicaid has been arrested by the attorney general’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

Sharon Molden, 65, allegedly claimed to have provided services as a direct service worker on multiple dates and at times when she was either out of town and/or outside the state of Louisiana, the AG’s office says.

According to AG Liz Murril’s office, Molden’s Facebook account revealed her secondary employment with Primerica, with the account having several posts indicating that she was out of town or outside the state of Louisiana, conflicting with dates and times of Medicaid services she documented as having provided…
