BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A cash sale on a property has landed an attorney in jail on felony charges. Tom McCormick is accused of forging a prosecutor’s signature on the sale documents.
McCormick is charged with two felonies: filing false public records and forgery. The charges stem from the sale of property to his mother-in-law, according to arrest documents.
