DENHAM SPRINGS — A Denham Springs area school said Tuesday that students were never in danger during a lockdown on Monday that resulted in one man’s arrest on a terrorizing charge.
Stephen Norder, 43, was booked into the Livingston Parish Jail roster on Monday for terrorizing.
