BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An investigation into a drug complaint led to the discovery of nitrous oxide, also known as “laughing gas,” and marijuana in a room inside the East Campus Apartments on LSU’s campus.
The Louisiana State University Police Department was called to the apartments around 5:54 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
