Baton Rouge police looking for 3 men connected to shooting after Southern homecoming parade

Baton Rouge police are looking for three men who allegedly shot at cars after Southern University’s Homecoming Parade on Sept. 27, injuring two people.

Kendrick Keller Jr., 18, and Jakhireyus Franklin, 19, are wanted by BRPD for seven counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated criminal damage to property and one count of illegal use of weapons for the Osprey Avenue shooting, which injured two people and damaged three cars. Jahiem Johnson, 20, is wanted for principal to attempted first-degree murder.

According to victim statements, the three cars were leaving the parade and driving south on Scenic Highway. The three vehicles had multiple people in the cars, including a twelve-year-old, a five-year-old, and an 11-month-old baby…
