BATON ROUGE — Prince St. Pizza opens its first Louisiana location on Friday along Siegen Lane.
The shop will open at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, with a free slice of pizza for the first 50 people in line. Jon Jones, a former UFC champion in two divisions who signed on as a partner in August, will appear at the grand opening.
The Baton Rouge menu will include the Spicy Spring, The Naughty Pie, classic New York rounds, Caesar and Italian chopped salads, smoked mozzarella sticks and desserts. The company says it makes sauce daily and puts the dough through a water filtration process built to mimic New York tap water…
