BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A man has been arrested after a 13-month-old child in his care was taken to a hospital with skull fractures and signs of bleeding near the brain. According to the jail records from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, Tony Grim, 34, faces several charges including second-degree cruelty to juveniles and child desertion.
