PRAIRIEVILLE, La. (BRPROUD) – Atomic Burger, a hamburger restaurant that sells liquid nitrogen-chilled shakes, will open a new spot in Ascension Parish. Nick Spitale, one of the owners, said the plan is to open in early February at 17122 Commerce Centre Drive in Prairieville. Spitale said they don’t have an exact date but construction is almost complete.
