Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is now hiring; looking for student workers

BATON ROUGE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries are now hiring for two student worker positions at the Waddill Wildlife Refuge and Outdoor Education Center located at 4142 North Flannery Road, in Baton Rouge.

Students must be a full-time student at an accredited university to be eligible. Full-time status will be verified every semester.

Primary job duties will include facility/ground maintenance, with also assisting with educational programs such as Hunter Education, Archery in Louisiana Schools, Families Understand Nature (FUN) Camp and National Hunting and Fishing Day.
