AMITE, LA – Judge Blair Edwards of the 21st Judicial District Court announced that she is seeking a seat on the State’s 1st Circuit Court of Appeal. Edwards is running in the October 2024 election to replace retiring Judge Wayne “Ray” Chutz in the Third District, Division A, which covers St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Helena, West Feliciana, and East Feliciana Parishes.
