BATON ROUGE – A family is asking for help locating a Baton Rouge man who has been missing for nearly three weeks. Family members say Terrell “Paco” Ross has been missing since January 7. That was the last time someone spoke to him. Ross is 46 years old and deals with mental health issues, according to his family.
