CENTRAL – A woman from Denham Springs has died after a head-on crash in East Baton Rouge Parish. Lucille Holwager, 71, of Denham Springs, died in the crash. The crash happened around 11:45 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 2 on Hooper Rd. in Central. The crash happened between Joor Rd. & Sullivan Rd.
