BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A house was burned to the ground off North Foster Drive on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 3. The Baton Rouge Fire Department said the fire started at a house at the corner of Wilmot Street and Conrad Drive, in a residential area just off North Foster Drive, around 4:11 p.m. Saturday.
