A 2-year-old is in critical condition after an accidental shooting in Denham Springs, the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office said Monday. Deputies were dispatched to Benelli Drive in Denham Springs around 11:30 a.m. Monday for the shooting. The child was taken to a hospital and is in critical but stable condition, Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard said.
