ZACHARY, La. (BRPROUD) – The Zachary Police Department arrested a 36-year-old man who is accused of molesting a juvenile. In an affidavit, detectives were informed of a reported sexual battery within the city of Zachary. Upon arrival, detectives met with the mother who told detectives that she believed her child’s father, Patrick Allen, 36, was reportedly sexually abusing their four-year-old daughter. The mother also informed detectives that she and Allen do not live together and she believes the abuse happened at his home in Zachary.
