BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – It was broad daylight when chaos broke out inside a convenience store. A woman who is hog-tied and on the ground was picked up by Louisiana bounty hunters after she missed a court date on misdemeanor charges. At some point during the ride back to Louisiana, the woman told the two agents that she needed to use the bathroom. Once they took her inside the store, she desperately begged workers and customers for help.
