BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Police Department arrested a man after reportedly stealing a car and leading officers on a chase. Police said on Wednesday morning, officers were responding to a call of a reported stolen vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was able to track the location of the vehicle to alert the authorities.
