BATON ROUGE (WVUE) – As Louisiana lawmakers prepare to return to Baton Rouge for a special session on crime and public safety, the governor will be calling on them to consider laws pertaining to everything from parole eligibility to different methods of administering the death penalty to the unsealing of juvenile court records.
